For those seeking personalised support, we provide 1-1 individual private integrative online therapy sessions. Our approach integrates mindfulness practices with evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster holistic healing and personal growth. Whatever your mental health needs may be, we're here to support you on your path to greater well-being.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

Just as you wouldn't connect with every person you pass on the street, it's natural to seek the right connection in a therapeutic setting. Our initial consultation provides an opportunity for us to determine if we're the right fit for each other. We understand the importance of finding the right type of support tailored to your needs and expectations. During this consultation, offered at £20 for 30 minutes, we'll take the time to listen to your concerns, understand your unique circumstances, and discuss how we can best support you on your journey towards healing and growth.

INDIVIDUAL INTEGRATIVE THERAPY

At Integrative Mindfulness Therapies, we offer 1-1 individual therapy sessions tailored to your unique needs and goals. Our sessions provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Using an integrative approach that combines mindfulness practices with evidence-based therapeutic techniques, we work collaboratively to support your mental well-being and personal growth. Sessions are priced at £75 for a 50-minute session. Therapy can be ongoing and open-ended, allowing for flexibility in addressing your evolving needs over time. Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, depression, stress, or other mental health concerns, we're here to help you navigate your journey towards healing and wholeness.

COPING SKILLS COURSE

Our Coping Skills group course is designed to empower you with practical tools and strategies to manage your emotions effectively, self-regulate, and cultivate a nurturing relationship with yourself. Delivered entirely online, this course offers a convenient and accessible way to enhance your emotional well-being from the comfort of your own home. Over the course of 6 weeks, participants will engage in interactive sessions, totaling 2 hours per week, where they will learn evidence-based techniques to navigate challenging emotions and cultivate inner resilience. By the end of the program, you'll have developed a toolbox of skills to help you self-soothe during times of distress and navigate life's ups and downs with greater ease and confidence.
